I’m pretty sure it’s a massive flame that these types are always working. If anything I’ve noticed they’re rarely accountable for anything, never take the time to understand the details enough to even make an informed decision if they could, which usually they avoid doing anyway. To recap, they avoid understanding issues and making decisions, and have no day to day responsibilities. Basically it seems like they just show up to big meetings to present on OKR progress which was info put together by their lieutenants and which is total BS.
