We'll have a morning crew with like five people scheduled and two -- sometimes three -- will "call out" or say they can't make it. God help us if it's a weekend morning and we only have three people scheduled, because then we're completely screwed. Shitlib HR policies make it almost impossible to discipline or fire someone unless they don't show up for weeks. Nobody wants to fix this, and all we get are corporate emails about trannies and DEI.
