I moved from New York to Portugal, quit my job, and took a year off. I now have a healthier relationship with work.

We spent years looking for the perfect US city to live in. After our dream picks let us down, we chose a spot we never expected.

My husband and I took two road trips around the US to decide where we wanted to live.

We fell in love with several Southern cities but didn't find the perfect fit.

We've now been living in Tucson, Arizona, for six months and couldn't be happier.

If I took a month off, I'd lose my job and be permanently unemployable.

Not ready to do that. Any jobs that offer too much flexibility basically own me. I'd make the move then they say "no do this or else". I'd rather just work nights parttime. Or just work days and get a whorehouse in medellinq
