i stopped the ambien stuff on the plane and use benadryl which has way less side effects but definitely isnt as powerful tho. sleeping on the plane so as not to ruin my trip i view as pretty necessary
i never take meds for pain relief. that's pointless. |

If you're living in a cabin in the wilderness you don't need it but in the city it's 180 - there's often a lot of light pollution through windows. I'll do earplugs sometimes too but my current apt isn't loud so I don't need them. |
