How can I pay a tax fine (F24 form) to the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate as a non-resident EU citizen (Slovak) without a local bank account? I've received a notice for a €12,688.37 penalty (imposta di registro + sanction) related to a 2024 property or registration issue, but I'm struggling to set up an Italian bank account as a non-resident. Banks like ING, Fineco, and UniCredit seem to require residency, and online options like Fisconline are complicated for foreigners. Has anyone in a similar situation found a way to pay this without traveling to Italy or hiring a commercialista? Any tips on banks that allow non-residents to open accounts easily for F24 payments? |
