No one knows for sure how much RAM any of them are sitting on, but Sony is said to have a ton locked in.
Nintendo doesn't just have RAM, they have entire Consoles packed and ready to go. But maybe a few tens of millions, after which they'll have to start taking a hit. Whereas Sony will have the entire gen wrapped up and won't have to take too much of a hit since everyone who wants a PS5 will have one. And they'll have better Hardware than the competition indefinitely since Xbox will continue failing no matter what and Switch 2 is a PS4 pro.
