But when "everyone" is expecting it, wouldn't it mean current market valuations are already baking in the likelihood of this happening into the valuations? Dunno. I'm heavy in S&P for the long run so not bothered by a few tough years. Which is to be, you know, expected.

I think the concentration issue is irrelevant. It'd be one thing if the top 7 stocks included shit like Nike and Weyerhaeuyser or some random shit. But the Mag 7 companies are all so deeply interlaced with all economic activity that it would be stranger if they weren't a huge chunk of the overall market IMO.
