Ask AI if it thinks you can do this. I don't think your company can have any control over the licesning of your software. They have control over any patents you file. software code itself is barely worth shit these days anyway people overestimate the degree to which its their leverage and its going down quick even further.
I mean is there anything in there that is even algorithmically non obvious in there that you can file a patent for or would count as prior art? And even if it is is it something that could be easily reverse engineered or recreated? If not then who cares. Your leverage isn't the code in that case. |
