We used to get emails from time to time being like "XYZ broke please refund me or I will file in small claims court." It was easy to determine what to do next.
Now I get 1,000 word essays quoting case law from Tennessee and banking regulations that I have to sift through for 10 minutes before I can even figure out wtf these people are mad about.
The good news is that it proves that AI actually isn't that helpful to average people when it comes to legal matters.
