A liberal arts college professor in Pennsylvania has been charged for allegedly launching a barrage of vile antisemitic online attacks, including one in which he called Jewish people “blood-sucking demons.”
Guangtian Ha, an assistant professor of religion at Haverford College, allegedly sent 50 threatening messages from at least four different social media accounts, including threatening his victim’s children and posting their address, according to an indictment seen by The Post.
In one message on X posted in October 2025, Ha allegedly replied to his victim’s post with a picture of their home mailbox, depicting their house number, along with an eyes emoji, according to the indictment.

Between January and February this year, Ha allegedly sent a string of antisemitic messages to his victim via X, branding Jewish people “demons” and referencing the Holocaust.
“Jew, get the f–k out of my country,” read one of the messages believed to be from Ha, who has been placed on administrative leave and barred from campus following the filing of the indictment on Sept. 30.

“If jews are so special then they should also be placed in special camps and receive special treatments,” read another of Ha’s alleged X posts, as per the indictment.
Other posts branded the victim a “Jew pig,” and warned that “jews are going to have it big time,” according to the indictment.
“Goyim are taking America back, blood-guzzling demons,” Ha allegedly wrote in another post, referencing a Yiddish word for Gentiles which has become part of the antisemitic lexicon.
In response to the messages, the victim enacted security provisions at his home, allegedly prompting further threats from Ha, according to the indictment.

“The goyim have woken up, jew. Run. Flee. Leave. Blurring your home on Google Maps and installing a security camera next to your mailbox won’t help,” Ha allegedly wrote in another X post.

Other posts referenced the victim’s minor son, warning him to “watch” him and adding that there would be a “sign,” which was taken to be a threat on the victim’s family.
In further posts in April this year, Ha wrote, “F–k anti-Zionism. HH,” which prosecutors believe was a reference to “Heil Hitler,” as per the indictment.

His alleged posts increasingly took on a crazed, anti-Israeli tone, warning the victim, “Give it another 10 years, and you shall see a true holocaust,” according to the indictment.
Ha allegedly sent roughly 50 antisemitic messages between October 2025 and May 2026, according to investigators.
The professor, who had been placed on sabbatical leave and was not teaching during the current academic year, was arrested on Tuesday over the “heinous” alleged messages, Haverford College President Wendy Raymond said in a statement.
“I am deeply distressed by these allegations and want to state in the plainest of terms that any form of harassment or discrimination based on identity is unacceptable, antithetical to our values, and has no place at Haverford,” she said.

“This disturbing news is made even more harmful for many given its proximity to both the Jewish High Holidays and the third anniversary of the October 7 attacks,” Raymond added.
Ha, who faces one count of cyberstalking, was not immediately available for comment.
