If a guy has no employment experience at all I can probably only start them at $75k. They are guaranteed to be making $100k in two years, and it is extremely likely but not guaranteed that by year 4-5 they will be making $150k for a job that has very reasonable work life balance. Can get them a $50k hiring bonus.
