A Fox News anchor who aggressively cheered on the U.S. war against Iran found himself in MAGA’s crosshairs Tuesday night as conservative figures piled on to blame the cable news host for the GOP’s historic midterm collapse.
That anchor is Mark Levin, a former critic of President Donald Trump who later went on to embrace the president for launching his deeply unpopular war against Iran. As far back as March, conservative figures warned that Levin might “single-handedly” doom the GOP’s midterm prospects for his aggressively pro-Israel and pro-war advocacy. He also lashed out at Americans for “whining” about higher gas prices.
“Hey Mark, I’ll save you time for your podcast tomorrow,” wrote Jesse Cinco, a former U.S. Army special operations soldier, content creator and political commentator. “It was the war in Iran that utterly BETRAYED the voting base that elected Trump, cheered on by SUBVERSIVE TRAITOR scum like yourself, that caused this midterm result.”
As Democrats’ overwhelming midterm victory became apparent Tuesday night, Levin said that he planned to address “the basis for the midterm loss” on Wednesday during his radio program, “The Mark Levin Show.” Conservative critics, however, told him en masse that they weren’t interested in hearing what he had to say.
“I think you need to shut the f--- up for a while,” wrote Enrique Tarrio, former national chairman of the Proud Boys, a neo-fascist, far-right organization that fiercely supports Trump.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who’s described herself as “MAGA Mace,” similarly told Levin to stop talking in a curse-laden outburst on social media.
“No one wants to hear a word from you. Your beloved Iran War lost seats everywhere,” Mace wrote. “Devastating night. Devastating losses. Devastating for our country. Devastating for the hard-working American who can’t afford to buy a home, or fill their tank with gas or put food on the table.”
British broadcaster Piers Morgan called Levin and conservative media figure Ben Shapiro — another fierce defender of Israel and the U.S. war against Iran — “halfwits,” and argued that they had “a lot to answer for” after Republicans’ blistering election defeat.
Veteran GOP strategist Doug Stafford accused Levin of already “dodging” blame for Republicans’ midterm loss, telling the anchor to “f--- right off.” Meanwhile, Adrian Norman, a conservative writer and communications strategist, predicted exactly how Levin would try to deflect.
“Mark will spend tomorrow blaming everything except the war he cheered on and the people he smeared for doubting it,” Norman wrote in a social media post on X Tuesday night. “America First won in 2024. America Last lost tonight. It’s really not complicated.”
My Question: how quickly and how effectively do you think the zionist media will turn this away from Israel?

We've seen more success helping people connect the impacts from these this war to financial pain than I've ever seen before. I don't think that tie is being captured adequately in succinct polling feedback
A key tell will be whether democrats actually try to make hay out of it or if they desperately try to keep it separate
