Really good looking guy, walked on for a pac 12 football team as a freshman, etc, anyway he's a regular at this bar and always outgoing and knows every bartender and flirts with them in a "dad" way. This one zoomette who is kinda new takes a liking to him and he starts buying her stuff here and there. She eventually gets him to buy her a new TV and asks him to come over and wall mount it.
He says no problem, I have tools, goes over to her place. She has a whole moving truck there, "oh btw can you help unload this stuff, the tv is in the back" he spent hours moving her in, then had to install the TV, while he's doing it her boyfriend shows up and kisses her. He finally realizes she used him and leaves in a huff.
Few days later when he's telling us this he can hardly walk cause he pulled something in his back moving her shit.
He ends up drafting a demand letter on firm stationery asking to be paid for moving her in. Or he will garnish her wages. Turns out her bf knows a lawyer from his last felony case and this guy reports my friend to the bar (the lawyer one, not the bar she worked at) and now he's suspended from work and probably gonna lose it all. |
