The simplest rule seems to be buy shit on the four walls of the supermarket and avoid everything in an aisle, lol. Every single boxed or bagged product contains these oils.
Also, my grocery bill is ~$200 for self and child, I can only imagine what it would be if I were militant about organic shit, much less the prep time

One thing that's important is getting better at reading ingredient lists. It certainly is more expensive at the beginning, and I feel for families that have fed their kids a lot of processed food that are trying to make the switch. It's a hard change at first.
