The lawsuit was eventually dismissed in 2021 after a judge found she had not provided sufficient evidence for her claims. • Nature of the Episode: During the April 2024 incident at Joint Base Andrews, reports indicated she began speaking incoherently, threw her phone at another agent, and physically shoved a superior officer before being tackled and handcuffed.
