he is legitimately 80 IQ and writes at a sixth grade level but has been on a constant upward trajectory through brazen ratfuck behavior that anyone else would be called out on. even when there is no political benefit to doing so he will throw little jabs because he is threatened by anyone more competent than him (everyone)
