And we're not even at that point yet. We still don't 'get it.'
"Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."
People quote it like poetry, but it was an indictment of total human blindness. He knew we had no idea what we were doing. We still don't know it.
So why didn't he wake us up sooner? Why let billions live and die without clarity? We didn't get it then we don't get it now. "Love each other" wasn't enough; that was kindergarten-level instruction.
Humanity is one huge, even-growing field of energy endlessly sabotaging itself. As long as we think we're separate, we'll stay selfish and cruel.
The Church buried a lot of knowledge just to preserve its power--teachings on reincarnation, human divinity, and the nature of consciousness. Some of it turned up in the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi texts, now locked away in vaults and museums. Maybe that's the missing piece.
Actions ripple forward, and we eventually return to live inside the mess we made. That's the final judgment: we reincarnate into our own consequences.
