EVERY SINGLE PERSON from the federal agency is an URM, mostly black. I’ve been working with them for almost two months now, and it’s obvious that these federal workers are the MOST INCOMPETENT people I’ve ever worked with by far. Not only are they mostly clueless, but they’re almost impossible to work with because it can take them days to answer a simple question, and sometimes one of the BLACKS will throw a fit if you, God forbid, send them a chat message directly instead of going through their poorly defined “process” for handling “requests.”
The manager of these mostly BLACK minorities is BLACK himself and seems to be there only make sure his BLACKS meet his arbitrary metrics so that it looks like his team is doing a good job, even though most of these people should be working at McDonald’s.
I don’t use the n-word, but this entire experience really wants me to change that personal rule.
Mostly poasting this to vent. Happy to take questions about the BLACKS that collect salaries from your taxes. |

Date: November 18th, 2025 3:46 PM Author: UhOh i've seen this in a state agency and it was pretty shocking. it starts with an incapable BLACK leadership hire, and then all the competent people leave, the middling BLACKS are left behind because they would never quit a government job, and so the boss asks them to find him people they know. a couple cycles of that and it's 90% BLACKS. they LOVE LOVE LOVE "process" because it takes all the responsibility and initiative and know-how off of them. the problem is the processes are all fucked up from years of mismanagement and incompetence by BLACKS and any effort to revisit them by whitey is racis.
