Sometimes the ISP will send you emails or mail to pseudo threaten you but they have no actual legal ability to go after you because they can't prove that it was you. It's done as an intimidation tactic because it's all automated |

But if 1,000 people download that same content from you, then you’ve cost us half a million dollars. MPAA goes after the big fish. They’re not gonna waste their time with you.
