Most of the people on the board are couples our age and they are constantly asking for volunteers. The “violations” enforcement are outsourced to a third party company that gets a % of the HOA fines. It can be annoying and some pepper get irate, but you get like two warnings and the fines are like $50-$100 and it’s nbd. I was lax in trimming my large hedge bushes, so finally got on it when I got a second warning. Seems reasonable to me. |
