We've got 918' of shore, though its mostly rocky cliffs. Last year i transitioned to full time WFH, so we decided to move there permanently. I can't tell you bros how awesome this is.

Would be extremely 180, but i may just settle for a deck/patio on the edge. Haven't got the quotes for the cantilevered deck yet but I'm sure it'll be expensive as hell.
