That’s one way to look at it. Another way is any shares you’ve been holding since November 1, 2021 are up 2.4% since then. And yet another way is they’re down 4.5% since December 2024.

To be fair,

Wow -- sounds like you can actually make "the numbers" say a whole lot of different shit, just as long as you carefully cherry-pick a few key points on the chart that fall in different years.

But that almost makes a lot of this "analysis" sound like worthless narrative-driven selective horseshit... that can't be right!

yeah but Elon is so cool! Getting to own shares in his company is worth leaving money on the table imo

To be fair,

Yeah, and TSLA killed the S&P in the five years before that

And like five years before that, REITS were the top earning sector

And five years before that...

What's your point, exactly? Either TSLA remains a great long term hold in 2026, or not. I think yes, and you're free to think no.

If you haven't made good money holding TSLA over the last five years, you're either retarded or statistically very unlucky. We can't all be Pumos who perfectly time the market and only buy assets at at the bottom and only sell them at the top and exclusively invest all our money into the perfect allocation at any given point in time -- for the rest of us mere mortals, we just have to settle for buying and holding what we believe to be good longterm bets, and then letting time do its thing.

Still think it’s gonna reach a $5 Trillion valuation in the next 1,400 days? Only $3.5 Trillion to go

To be fair,

Lmao

Yeah brother I can't wait until Tesla is sitting at a $5 Trillion valuation in like June 2033, and you -- the guy who never bought any because you were sure it was gonna crater -- are just BRUTALLY EXCORIATING me -- the guy who will have been holding a bunch for 15+ years at that point because he was sure it was gonna skyrocket -- on the grounds that ackkkkkkkkkkshually it didn't hit that milestone until December 2032 or whatever ("lol hey TBF you fucking retard, remember when you claimed Tesla would be worth $5 trillion by 2030? Did that happen, lil guy? Are you ever right about anything? You know you're fucking stupid, right?").

Never change, Jews... it's truly a mystery why basically the whole world despises you at this point...

actually you said by 2030, not “2032 or whatever.” It’s in the title of that thread, so you can’t edit it like you did your op in the Iran thread

To be fair,

Yes I'm aware, in fact that was literally the point of my response.

Just make sure that you bookmark that thread, so you can bump it to point out that I'm a total retard who was dead wrong (as always) and I'm clearly doomed to remain poor and stupid forever and fail at life etc etc etc because ackkkkkkkkkkkshually Tesla didn't end up hitting a $5 trillion market cap until 2032 or whatever.

Rest assured that as a guy who owns a shitload of TSLA, I will be absolutely devastated to find myself living in that horrible timeline where the value of my very large position in this company takes another 24 months or whatever beyond my current prediction to finish 5xing from its current (already very considerable) value. I may even kill myself due to the shame -- but don't worry, I'll wait and let you finish declaring victory over me before I pull the trigger on my future solid gold 24k shotgun and shoot that Flawless-D 10 carat diamond bullet straight into my stupid faggot brain.
