I usually do tuna, baked beans & grated white cheddar for breakfast.

Then for lunch, honey glazed ham, gravy and whipped butter.

Then for dinner, beef brisket (A1 sauce on it), roast lamb (mint sauce on it) and peas.

if you lost weight, it was because you cut out calories. the pepsi diet would work the same way.

I did this to lose the pandemic weight, pounds melted right off. Gallon of water a day but I didn't worry specifically about a glass an hour.

? No, just the potatoes, a multivitamin, and water. The potatoes were seasoned and used a small amount of salsa. The idea is to eat almost entirely potatoes, not to add it to your current diet.

Potato is a complete protein, friend! But also this is a weight loss diet not a bulking one. If you're trying to put on muscle, obviously you'd add meat, etc.

Went from 195 to 170 in two months just eating potatoes and drinking coke zeroes. Would hold off until 5pm then make a bowl of boiled fingerlings, then would have two baked russerts around 9pm. Lots of butter + salt + pepper but that’s it.
