Some guy was a hobbyist and built a motorcycle, partially with parts he built himself and partially with off the shelf stuff. He got sick of it or died, it was sold, it was then sold a few times after that, and the chain of custody was ultimately lost. But even if you figured it out, there's almost certainly no shocking or interesting story to undiscover, at the end of the chain you'll find some bro who likes motorcycles and was good with his hands.
