One thing I do like about the local Twin Cities subreddits is that they do seem to realize that rent control is ntcr. They have rent control in St. Paul, but not in Minneapolis. It's perfect case study in why rent control sucks - there's been plenty of new apartment construction in Minneapolis and not St. Paul. |
