I feel like "naked bodybuilding" gives it a more "exposed" "vulnerable" connotation that doesn't really fit the register. You don't want to associate Yann Perrod with awkwardness and vulnerability. Nude fits better because it sounds more categorical and stylized. Naked bodybuilding sounds like "bodybuilding while embarrassingly uncovered" but we all know its the clothmos who should be embarrassed.
