Date: January 15th, 2018 5:02 PM Author: sepia deep house My experience with Kucoin feels like it is heavily manipulated. I think we would be fools to assume that exchanges in an entirely unregulated market would always play fair -- especially Asian ones.
If you owned Kucoin, and knew exactly when specific coins would be available for trading, what would you do with that information? The Kucoin specific coins often have massive sell walls, get pumped and dumped routinely, and regularly move in weird directions compared to the rest of the market. This happens to all coins to a degree, but with Kucoin it feels pervasive.
I don't find it ironic that ICX/VeChain, two asian coins that have been essentially flat during the downtown, are listed on a larger number of exchanges such as Binance.
