I've repeatedly said everyone should have a definitive plan for exiting this giant fraud bubble. I think it is awesome to walk away with actual cash and have something to show for it. And I also think it is smart to do it on an upswing like we are currently experiencing, as opposed to sellcucking on a downtrend. Of course there is risk in trying to time that.
