I recommend you buy on IDEX -- higher volume, priced a little better, and most importantly these are the new IFS activated HAT tokens. You'll have to go through an annoying swap if you buy the old tokens on EtherDelta (and also have to deal with the nuances of that site).
As a side note, don't get too excited about its marketcap on CMC -- there are actually ~2.9 million of these tokens out, increasing to 7 million in 10 years -- you can stake.
I will eat my *HAT* if this doesn't get onto Kucoin and 3x within weeks.
