In general I don't think coin market cap = the value of the company. And thinking so could lead to missing out on huge gains from a coin like Ripple. Bitcoin is not a for-profit corporation, yet its coin is still currently worth more than any internet currency despite everyone knowing the Bitcoin organization will never generate revenue. |
