Opposing Counsel wants sanctions for being late with Discovery Responses

To make it even more dumb, we just deposed each other's clients two weeks ago. But he still wants to go foward with this hearing because he wants to be compensated for writing the Motion to Compel.
What's the likilihood the Judge gives him anything vs. just saying, "Both of you grow up and resolve this case"? |

Opposing Faggot Counsel "conveientently" left out my prior e-mails to him when he was making his argument to the Court. By not being candid about when we actually communicated with each other I think the Judge recognized who was being the bigger faggot and just told us to work it out ourselves. Plus, the faggot was crying becasue we didn't provide him with signed verifications for the responses.
YOU DUMB FAGGOT, we offered those to you weeks ago in exchange for withdrawing the motion and you said "no".
Judge told us that he was gonna follow-up with us in 3 weeks to see if we had resolved any oustanding issues.
