Just got their condo rules: $750 fee each time for movein,moveout Cannot put anything on a balcony that is "unsightly", need permission to treat windows in any way and tinting not allowed. Guests, even parents cannot stay more than 10 days/yr. Authorize them to sign for any packages that come my way, even if it's a lawsuit and I'm away. If I am away during hurricane season I must authorize/hire someone to check on damage to my apt. What's the point of paying for all this shit? |

after they accepted my offer, they disclosed another lawsuit with the developer.
its pretty common that all condo HOAs have lawsuits at some point.
I backed out and lost my option period fee of like $750. totally worth it |
