1. Figure out if you had Covid by seeing if have antibodies or T-cells. Most insurance covers an antibody test (or it’s like $50). If that is negative, do a T-cell test ($220). Or just do the T-detect T-cell test (it seems better, but they are very different and antibodies seem to wane, but on some of them, especially, the semi-quantitative ones people seem to still test positive on long after infection). I don’t have data on T-detect for longevity, but it should be good to cover for any infection in the pandemic (they can’t say that because they don’t have the data). If you have antibodies or T-cell, you are fine. Think no more of it, go about your life. Tell the vaccinated to fuck off you are better than they are AND you are likely to get PWN3D by side effects if you get vaccinated (especially the second shot of mRNA vaccines).

2. If you are negative on antibodies and T-cells, it’s worth considering. If you are young (18-49) and healthy personally I would get the J&J if you are going to get anything (or hold out for Novavax, Sinovac). All you need to do is give your body SOMETHING and you go from a functionally 0 to almost actually 0 chance of death (and similar for serious illness). Prepared to be sick for a couple days, and rest so as to minimize the chance is serious side effects. But the odds of you actually having any benefit from the shot are pretty low. You are trading a likely miserable couple days for a lower chance at a miserable week.
