Correct, but I remember when they didn't cost a ridiculous amount of money. Even simple repairs cost a small fortune. I grew up on a 92 brendella comp. Went almost every day in the summer with my godfather (works for MC now). He gave me the boat when I turned 21.

I have an old school Nautique. It still runs amazingly, but I'm debating putting a tower on it. I love the classic lines and don't want to ruin the aesthetics.

I also don't want to spend $150K for a new boat since we mostly just ski and tube.

Gorgeous boat.

I put a tower on. It's nice for wakeboarding or tubing so that people can use the back seat.

I had some that eventually leaked and pulled them. Also tried one of those fat sacks. To much of a hassle.

I would recommend a boom for beginners. Makes getting up so much easier. I always hate how long it takes to teach people.

I need a boat lift more than anything. My prop shaft seal leaks and I have to go out and pump the bilge every morning. Annoying af.

I want a tower, but the other nautique owners are pressuring me not to get one. There are 8 Nautiques that are 30+ years old and it's kind of cool being in that club.

I need to basically replace everything. Brendella used marine wood instead of fiberglass. It's shot now. I've got new floors but what a fucking job. Boats are money pits.

For the tower lots are removable. It's not fun to take off but you can do it.

I have wooden stringers too. It's going to suck to replace. 2K to do it myself, or 6k to have someone else do it
