I mentioned my buddy who would just show up with shitloads of hot n64 games, I had another kid who did the same with Genesis games, he had like $4k in games while being raised by a single mother. This NEVER happened with SNES or PS1 games. N64 and Genesis games were just easier to steal imo given their smaller and rounder shapes; they could fit in any pocket. Nintendo and Sega knew what they were doing and what market they were going after. |
