Thousands of reports don’t count because they are “anecdotal.” Libs think that anecdotal evidence literally has no value. They need a Controlled, Double-Blind study in order to believe anything basically.

I’ve dealt with this phenomenon a lot btw in perusing Baldness forums. You can tell they just want to believe that finasteride side effects don’t exist and loathe anyone who reports anything. But it’s not unlike the vaccine and what Drunkard has speculated on, where younger people actually have harsher reactions, perhaps because their balls/immune systems are more healthy, respectively. Olds who take fin for their prostates don’t seem to have as many issues tbh.
