It’s not that expensive anyway, and new floors look fantastic and you get to pick the wood, color. I got 2 bedrooms done for $3k (labor and materials). Lumber liquidators gave me quote for 8k lol. I’ll send you pictures. |

The kitchen had the tile put over a layer of linoleum. Also an outdoor pergola (not up to code) and a reno bathroom window that is also not up to code which is going to cost a mint to tear out that I still haven't gotten to yet.
Back in the 90s they put in an illegal apartment inside the garage... you can still see where they had drawn a toilet hole.
Who does these kinds of things to a home they own? Baffling. Granted there were multiple owners as time went on. |
