Date: October 3rd, 2021 3:18 PM Author: Massive impertinent address personal credit line 2 year old with another on the way. Have been in NYC for 10+ years since law school. HHI of approx $725k (almost all me/wife works remotely and makes like 40k.
I guess its better for kids to have a yard and space to run and access to sports and stuff but ugh. UGH. Will have to commute to NYC at least four days a week. |

Otherwise you are paying a Westchester property tax rate of 30-40k for a good home in a top 10 school district. you don't know any "normal" people in either place unless they're asians who rent 2BR apartments in either town for 6 years, be honest. these are probably the two most expensive towns in new york, nobody buys for the hell of it. |

The ride from either place is less than an hour. depends though how far you live from station and if your office close to GC. last thing you want is to add a subway ride after the train.
