Hell, I am 98% certain that Doyle would insist on being fired if they were convinced that was necessary to prevent serious harm to the program. |

And again, I am practically certain that Doyle agreed to his firing (Urban Meyer's attempt to hire Doyle strongly supports this theory).
Definitely the Huskers. Their ceiling is much higher than the Badgers on the rare occasion they are not fucking their own asses.
EDIT: I have met Doyle numerous times and have had multiple long conversations with him, one of which was a 2 hour meeting about 2 months before the shit hit the fan. I don't know if I can say I "know" him, but based on my interactions with him and everything else I know, I am very confident he would gladly fall on his sword if he thought it was necessary. |

I love the Wisconsin and love when we play PSU, but I would have no problem watching an Iowa game with fans of tbose or any other B1G teams, except Nebraska. |

2. ISU. I feel bad giving them this much attention, considering everything about their program, fans, town, and university is bush league. Somehow always have crazy games against them, which is frustrating. Campbell really should've dipped out after last year.
3. PSU. Some of the greatest Iowa games I've ever seen have been vs. PSU. Always talented, intense, and poorly-coached enough to make for a harrowing game. You can tell the teams/coaches don't like each other.
4. Nebraska. We may send Scott Frost packing this year. That's dope. Honestly, too one-sided to really hate.
5. Wisconsin. I really don't hate the Badgers. Cool town, decent fans, and lots of shared ties/philosophies between the two programs. Mertz is a complete fraud though. |
