I have to double my calories just to be able to ride a bike 2-4x per week. The cool thing is I can eat a ton of shit I would normally avoid, but I still hate having to get up at all times of the day to grab stupid carbs to compensate for all what I burnt.
Note: This is not a lose weight thread. I have a cyclist body, so I'm already thin as fuck. So don't get started with your bullshit.

You're probably only burning an extra ~1,000 calories a week.
That's like an apple and a half each day of the week.

Also -- JFC, that's a stupid exercise protocol for basically ANY reasonable goal you may have.
Each week do 120 minutes of zone 2, 30 minutes of HIIT, and lift 2-3 days.
