I do a bit.
The only thing supporting the vax push now, as I see it, is: 1) the idea that it slows the spread; and 2) less overcrowding in hospitals.
With the latter, if overworked hospital staff and resource hogging was an issue, why dismiss people from working in the hospital who aren't vaxxed? Unless you are concerned about spread. But we know that unvaxxed can spread as well. OK, let's assume that there is a difference between vax spreaders and unvaxxed spreaders-- how great a difference does it have to be to impose these mandates?
BTW, I don't buy the overworked hospital shit.
