10% bonus = 269K (+104K from current job) 20% bonus = 294K (+129K from current job)
It'll be like 60-80K more take home $$$$, depending on bonus, which is what makes this so tough. I'm currently not stressed and making enough to get by. But this extra money would help us save more. Also the new job isn't the worlds most stressful gig, it's just a more consistent 9-5 whereas I can fuck off greatly in my current job. |

I had a job that was easy and 180 and paid about what the OPs current job pays but over time people got to know me and I got to be a more senior member of the team and gradually 2-3 hours of real work a day became 6-7 with spikes up to 10-11.
