Obviously in order to get back together w wife you are going to have to ditch fiance 100 percent and never look back. I'm not sure if you can do that, given your ambiguity about whether you want to or not. Stuff w wife is quasi-sacred and you can't go in trying to make amends unless you go full in, no Plan B in case it doesn't work out. There's no Plan B while standing before the Burning Bush (pun intended). You can't hold something on the side if the plan is to get back together with her.
When/if you do get back together with her you'll both need to start a new slate. No reference to past bad actions, no matter how pissed you get with each other. Some women can abide by that rule but a lot can't.
Continue to do therapy, whether you think it helps or not. It will help, by degrees, and you will use some of the tools you are acquiring when wife blows up at you next time. |
