1. We developed a wildly dysgenic ethic wherein we valued making sure that the genetically unfit procreated, despite the suicidality of this for our species
2. We don't actually care about saving the unfit at all, but converting the masses to this fake ethic allows the most fit to thrive exponentially, complicating the lives of potential threats to the elite, wasting their time and resources on dead ends |
