It absolutely does not. Every single one of those things exists in societies without religion as well and often in even greater amounts. In fact, there are few greater examples of human depravity (violence on an unfathomable scale, poverty including mass famine, forget medicine, human suffering) than China and the USSR during Communism. The problem with a lot of smug atheists is that they think that if you remove religion from the equation the problems they associate with religion will also disappear.
