Train up, go down to Mexico (bring guns and gear), spend a few months just getting the lay of the land and doing recon, and then start hitting cartel houses at night. Would need to live outside the cities to ensure you don't get found and waxed while sleeping. Would be a fun exercise in seeing how long you could go before they catch you and flay you alive.
