Possibly lower risk of death but at best a wash given higher rate of infection. Dude has basically been right every step of the way with COVID and the vaccines.

Ya this made sense to me as well. You can see it from the Australia data early on.
It makes sense too, because the virus will evolve to evade the MRNA programming and because the MRNA programming is in so much of the vaccinated population it “standardizes” the virus to infect a huge amount of the population quickly through ADE or some other unknown mechanism. So the more homogenized the infectable population, the easier it is for rapid infection to occur.
Natural immunity on the other hand causes individuals to develop different types of immunity against the virus, versus like 2-3 immunities which are prompted by the various mRNA shots. Normally each persons natural immunity profile is different and dependent upon their genetics, prior disease exposure etc - but with a standard 2/3 immunity profiles it’s way easier for the virus to evolve to optimum virulence.

So the one thing I have yet to wrap my head around is how the immune system actually works. This could be because no one really knows ….
But I think ADE is a crutch/catch all and not really what is going on. ADE just means infection is worse if you have antibodies. I think there is much more going on and while it could be called ADE, I would say it’s Vaccine Induced Immune Deficiency (VIID — yes I made this term up).
So the mechanism of all the US vax and AZ is to have the body create spike proteins to the original virus. This gives a spike in antibodies, but they are only to the OG spike protein. This primes the immune system to something it is not seeing (because variants) so the virus comes in, multiplies (usually in the place of infection nose/throat) and builds up quickly and only once it tries to go further (lungs, organs) does anything really happen to stop it.
This is why I think you see viral levels higher in those infected and vax (they say same but if you look it’s actually higher). It’s also why vaccine effectiveness becomes negative. The immune system gets “exhausted” from the vaccines.
The real question in my mind is whether the vaccines create enough T-cell immunity (and/or B-cell) to provide meaningful long lasting protection from hospitalization and death. Looking at studies like the one from the VA, that’s waning, but slowly. Omicron data out of the UKHSA still shows good, very good, protection from hospitalization and death, but you have to factor in that a very high percentage of the UK at risk got a booster right as omicron hit so I don’t think that is all that meaningful and they don’t break out the non-boosted (this lack of data is suspect). And the number of unvax in the at risk groups is very low.
So at this point, I agree with Berenson. We need to stop. We never should have vaccinated the young, healthy, or previously infected. The juice was not worth the squeeze. The EUA should have been for at risk and elderly, and that’s it. Basically the people who got shots in the first round or two. And until there is a dramatic decline, any additional boosters are not warranted (the fourth jab Israel data is not promising at all).
