Outlying suburbs of the major texas cities seem ABSURDLY overpriced right now, with houses that aren't in great locations or even very nice going for 2-2.5x their prices 5-7 years ago. Like shit that would be $280k prolehouses are listing at $750k and going pending quickly.
There have to still be some areas that don't have high paying jobs where you can get something baller for under a mil. |
