why not ban assault rifles

do i misunderstand something about guns? or like feel free to tell me why this is dumb ... because it seems like what the news will forecememe now |

There would be much more of a moral justification for the T. Turdskin idea of just banning niggers from owning guns. You would be maximizing the crime reduction while minimizing rights infringement. Definitely the evidence oriented technocratic approach |

Incorrect. There is case law from shortly after the founding in which it was determined that private individuals DO have the right to own state-of-the-art weaponry, such as warships. |
