I know that's the plan, but there really are no alternatives. For people living in rural areas, electric cars aren't practical. Poorer people can't afford a 50k electric car, most probably don't even have any reasonable place to plug the damn thing in. I understand that renewable energy sources - wind & solar - have the current capacity to provide - maybe - 10% of current demand and the tech isn't there to provide much more than that despite the massive gov. investments.
I mean, maybe - and that's a far-fetched maybe - this transition would be possible if the electric infrastructure was there and electric car technology got to the point where the cars were cheap and practical, but today there is nothing of the sort.
A guess would be that libs & other assorted villains know they are 6 to 30 months away from losing most of their important elected positions, and they're just trying to jam this shit through now because they don't know when the next opportunity will be(?) Or is this going to be a "ransom" like event where after a Green New Deal gets passed the gov. eases up the pain on us, sort of like how the riots stopped after Biden got elected(?)
I mean, how do you make sense of any of this?

To be fair,
You're so fucking retarded it's beyond my comprehension if you think any of that shit will matter even remotely to a family of four that is getting by on $75k a year (total HHI) during a time of soaring inflation when gas prices hit $9.50/gallon or whatever for a sustained period of time.
I'm sure you're also the first person who would jump out of the woodwork to lecture me about how much smarter you are, I am an idiot who doesn't know anything, etc. Lmao Jesus Christ, (((libs))), how did you get so fucking dumb and delusional?

To be fair,
"NPC" label doesn't apply to things like food shortages, being unable to afford to fill up the car and drive to work or the store or to go see friends, being unable to afford to heat the house when it starts to get cold, etc.
100% of NPCs who are already living paycheck to paycheck can and will notice those things as they start happening and then getting worse and worse, and there is also absolutely nothing that the MSM can do to hide them or pretend they're not real issues. Odd case.

To be fair,
This is extremely devastating if I'm Anthony Zappin.
Much less so if I'm not Anthony Zappin.
Also, you're a fucking retard if you think I'm Anthony Zappin.

the only thing that's gonna lower O&G prices is (1) a putin assassination and immediate reversal on all sanctions or (2) a fucking serious global depression. (1) is only temporary though, there are big structural supply issues that are just going to take time. even if biden dumps the entire reserve at once, they can't process it into gasoline any faster.
based on inflation and the previous record, we won't see demand destruction until around $200/bl. i think $100/bl may be the new normal. after all, everything else has gone up 50%, why not oil?

yet another thing trump was 100% correct to push. Unleashing American energy production.
He even cared enough to ignore his precious Ivanka pushing him to keep with Paris accords.
It's nuts when even Elon musk says we need more fossil fuels and he made his fortune on green subsidies. Libs are insane.
